Job Description:
Report To:Supply Chain Manager
Location: Guangzhou
1.Provide customer service and handle customers enquiries on quality issues;
2.Formulate continuous improvement plan in meeting customers requirements;
3.Participate in product/ process modification and enhancement
Job Requirements:
1. University graduate or above with formal training on quality system management;
2. Minimum 5 years experience in factory audit and statutory compliance;
3. Good knowledge of Code of Conduct, SA8000 and testing/ safety standards;
4. Perform system audit and product inspection independently;
5. Excellent written and spoken in English and good command in Chinese and Mandarin;
6. Product knowledge in electrical appliances
