Job Description:
Report To: CEO
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Treasury
• Ensure all revenues are received and payments are processed on time and correctly; maintain the smooth daily cash flow
• Prepare and review invoices and trace the payment status daily
• Cash forecast, and arrange fund transfer
• Handle payment applications and review original vouchers
• Review payroll issues
2. Accounting
• Accurate bookkeeping of SH, BVI and USA
• Handle/coordinate annual accounting audit
• Maintain and optimize Kingdee accounting system
3. Planning and Budgeting
• Prepare and update budget monthly, and/or according to CEO’s requirement
• Make the revenue forecast accurate, and prepare the actual vs. forecasted comparison
• Budget reconciliation
• Monitor the ODC/department expenses, make sure they are within the budget limit
4. Reporting
• Prepare the monthly and/or quarterly financial reports and managerial analysis reports:
• Provide financial reports to local governments, external accountants and auditors, investors and potential customers, etc.
• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial reports to shareholders
• Monthly Profit Margin reports and expense statistical reports to ODC project managers
• Prepare quarterly financial analysis reports for the whole company and 5.different Profit/Cost centers
• Forecast and analysis reports for new initiatives and other ad hoc projects
• Other reports required by CEO
• Review payroll issues
6. Tax & government issues
• Handle/coordinate the tax filing issues for SH, USA, and CEO’s US IIT filing
• Handle/coordinate business licenses renewal or annual list filing issues for SH, BVI and USA
• Manage business tax exemption application issues
• Identify all government benefits that company is qualified, including but not limit to training, HR, marketing and CMMI reimbursements, and work with relevant departments to get these benefits on time
• Update company certificates & qualifications timely
• Coordinate tax office and other government office inspection issues
7. Team management
• Motivate team members to strictly follow English only policy and actively evolve into company’s English development programs, and keep the team’s English level above company average,
• Make sure team members strictly comply with Company’s security policies, and maintain team security score above 80%
• Conduct 10-10 meeting, and regular team meetings
• Financial training for new comers and managers
Requirements:
1. Floor Space planning and space optimization
2. Manage the admin team and make sure Bleum is under good working environment with very high security compliance
3. Position Requirements • Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in PRC
4. Meticulous, result-oriented coupled with excellent analytical and judgment skills
• Possess high level of integrity with good initiative
5. Strong business acumen, leadership skills
6. Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences, at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Solid experiences in working in IT industry
7. CPA qualified, with at least 10 years of finance and accounting experience with at least 5 years experience in managerial roles. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with PRC GAAP and tax regulations
