Financial Supervisor – Analysis

Job Description:
Report To: CFO
Location: Shanghai Jinqiao
1.B/S budget & cash flow budget;
2.Collect the assumption for the primary B/S items based on historic data and latest status, capex budget, purchasing budget, the plan for AR/AP/IV/OR/OP/Inter-company, bank loan and finance expense budget, B/S budget & cash flow budget.
3.Monthly report and LE: prepare financial report actual & LE monthly – B/S, Monthly standard report.
4.Monthly variance analysis for B/S items: AR, inventory by category, other receivable and payable, fixed assets, depreciation and capex, bank loan and finance expense, non-operation income, provision and assets write-off.
5.Capex ROI analysis and RFA.
6.Value chain actual refresh: monthly value chain refresh for price, discount and expense.
7.ABC report maintenance and analysis (report output, result analysis):generate ABC report, ABC report analysis.
8.Special project study for B/S items.
9.Weekly flash report.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in related subject£¬CPA or its equivalent preferred;
2.Minimum 2 year experience in finance planning & accounting (GL) with a foreign logistics company;
3.In-depth knowledge and understanding of logistics operation and business;
4.Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office,especially in Excel and Powerpoint;
5.Fluent spoken and written English(CET 4 or above);
6.Good communication skill.
