Job Title: DSP SW Line Manager (For a famous telecommunication company)
Industry: Telecommunication (WCDMA/LTE BTS)
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development team in the technical aspects, coordinating the activities, defining the targets according to the project needs, defining the resources, addressing technical issues, coordinating milestone declaration.
2. As a DSP SW Line Manager for WCDMA platform, you should lead a team to take response for design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the RNC/MGW Platform DSP SW base on the TI 55x and 64+ DSP;
3. As a technical guider, participate in the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the L1 channel coding/decoding for WCDMA/LTE BTS or L2 MAC&RLC for LTE BTS. You will be working with C-language, CCS, TI C64x and OSE RTOS.
4. Depending on your background your role can include training others and leading a big group of SW engineers.
Qualifications:
1. B.Sc or M.Sc in computer science, telecommunication or equivalent;
2. 8-10 working experience and more than 3 years 20+ members team management experience;
3. Proven track record and good skills in embedded SW programming with C;
4. Good written and spoken English skills;
5. You work comfortably both as a member of a team and independently, you’re productive, take initiative, precision and quality of work being close to your heart;
6. Experience of embedded SW design;
7. Good knowledge about SW development process ;
8. Test lab experience (analyzers, simulators, testers);
9. WCDMA/wimax/TD_SCDMA/LTE/CDMA2000 System knowledge; TI DSP processors, CCS.
