Sourcing Manager

Now they want to look for talents for their new opening sourcing centre in China.
Responsibilities:
1.Act as link between company abroad and Chinese suppliers;
2.Identify, evaluate and implement suppliers in China and Asia Pacific Region;
3.Negotiate contracts with suppliers
4.Implement quality assurance and delivery time controls with suppliers;
5.Supervise, control and support the suppliers;
6.Locate suitable sources that provide significant potential for reducing cost without adversely affecting quality or service levels.
7.Establish and develop management-level relationships with potential sources.
8.Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts. Assist in the resolution of supplier quality, delivery or price issues. Assist Purchasing& Localization Manager to do other related things.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Purchasing or Material Science;
2.3+ years purchasing experience in mechanical, plastic, electronical parts or related areas
3.Good project management skills;
4.Willing to Travel;
5.Ability to develop strong working relationships with factory management.
6.Fluent in English and Chinese. Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook
