Sales Engineer — TaiWan
Company introduction: Our client is a worldwide manufacturer of precision control components and system. They have high performance actuation products control military and commercial aircrafts, satellites and space vehicles, launch vehicles and missiles, and automated industrial machinery. In light of their business growing in China, they are now looking for a Sales Engineer in their Shanghai plant.
Job Description:
Report To: Sales Manager ¨C Singapore
Location:TaiwanTaibei
1.Work as a Sales Engineer, IM Market in the Sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager, Singapore.
2.Manage sales accounts within specified market (Plastic).
3.Promote company¡¯s strategic solution and achieve the sales target and goals.
4.Partner with sales team and application engineer and provide field support and facilitates technical discussion with customers on business issues.
5.Improve customer satisfaction by providing prompt sales support.
6.Work effectively with members of the Sales Group and with regional and international resources on major projects.
7.Understand and adopt the sales strategies and established processes to effectively deliver motion control solutions, contributing to the effective execution of projects in order to achieve sales target.
8.Live and work in Taiwan. Business trips within Asia, primarily to Singapore can be expected.
9.Support customers commercially as well as assist with troubleshooting and commissioning.
Job Requirements:
1.Electrical or Mechanical related engineering Degree qualification.
2.Significant understanding of motion control systems, preferably with engineering experience.
3.At least 3 years experiences in Mechanical and Electrical machine manufacture or industry.
4.Ability to effectively communicate with local customers & international team members in a global project environment.
5.Should be knowledgeable & comfortable discussing technical requirements with customers in Taiwanese & English, and should be able to interpret customers¡¯ requirements to design hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems.
6.Familiar with motion control software, (IEC61131) programming languages, and industrial field busses such as CAN BUS, PROFI BUS, SERCOS.
7.Familiar with motors and drives, preferably through experience with electrical IM machines.
8.Strong problem solving skills, ability to make sound technical and commercial proposals.
9.Energetic, self-motivated, team player but independent decision making ability.
10.Fluent in Taiwanese Mandarin, able to converse and read/write English
