Product development
Supplier sourcing/develop local material supplier
Contract negotiations
Must be familiar with local/international supply terms
Prepare relevant purchasing statistics/reports
Able to handle a dept, motivate the staff, not just working independently
Requirement:
1.Quick, initiative, with a keen sense of business

2.English/pc proficient
3.Minimum 5 years in above mentioned duties
