Job Title: Maintenance Mgr.
Report To: Operation Director
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinates the planning and scheduling of maintenance, spares stock management and all other field activities;
2. Manage Metro project site system and equipment Maintenance and Support;
3. Be the key interface and Key Point of Contact for company Units, Customer and Consortium for site activities;
4. Respond to Customer Issues, including written response where necessary;
5. Manage consolidated imported spares stock, RMA, replacement (interface with TACSS), including to ensure no shortages;
6. Ensure implementation of hardware upgrade FCBs, including planning considerations, are being managed;
7. Manage 3rd line maintenance activity, including repair lab, and system-level investigation;
8. Ensure all O&M manuals are consistently improved based upon Customer feedback, etc;
9. Review Customer training materials and look for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5 years relevant working experience
3. Working knowledge of Metro Signal products with respect to installation support and testing.
4. Working knowledge of safety standards and practices required at project site.
5. Experience in installation and testing of train control systems.
6. PC literate and use of word processing, spread sheet and scheduling software packages.
7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
8. Knowledge of company Policies & Procedures.
