Job Title: HR & Admin Director

Report To: General Manager

Job Description:

Provide HR leadership by partnering closely with business leader and cross-functional peers to create organizational capability through talent management, organization effectiveness, rewards and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Leader HR Processes such as organizational development and effectiveness, performance management, staffing, training initiatives, compensation, benefits, career development, employee relations and HR policy development;

2. Build and maintain effective working relations with the leadership team and employees to advise both on employee-related and organizational matters;

3. Improve the Human Resources department capability;

4. Oversee the implementation of structured communication cascade plan involving department managers to reach all local employees;

5. Implement strategic HR initiatives to create a strong culture of leaders and high-performing teams;
6. Manage the day-to-day activities and timely follow-up of any Ethics Compliance Hotline activities;

7. Provide guidance and counseling on HR issues when requested or when needed to improve a department’s performance or relationships;

8. Keep current on all statutory regulations and align company policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance;

9. Provides specialized administrative support associated with office operations

10. Arrange workspace, communications equipment, furniture etc office facilities as needed;

11. Maintains confidential company files and records, and ensures that all internal and external reports and records are kept current, complete and timely;

12. Training on office equipment, assign phone extension, assigning desk/work area, ordering business cards, adding to employee rosters, etc.;

13. Develop office budget and supports fiscal responsibility and cost control with regard to office equipment and operations purchases

Requirement:

1. University degree or above;

2. Around 8-10 years experience as HR generalist, at least 3 year’s manager experience.

3. Be familiar with labour laws and related rule and regulations;

4. Required skills: Very good presentation; Very good planning and organization skills; Energetic and enthusiastic; Self motivated; Excellent communication and social skills; Honest and reliable; careful and sensitive to the figures.

5. Good English.

6. Very good PC skills in MS Words, Excel, Power Point.
