DSP SW Team Leader(it184)
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leader will be responsible for coaching the team members and for managing their work in projects. He/she will ensure that the quality of DSP SW Team meets or exceeds both company standards and customer expectations. In the initial phase, the person will be involved in the team building and competence build-up, reporting regularly across time zones. The role may include travelling.
Requirements:
? Master degree in Engineering
? Minimum 6 years of professional experience in DSP development
? General knowledge about telecommunications and technology
? Excellent English-language skills, especially in written English
? Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology
? Familiar with C/C++ and assembly languages
? Experience in Texas Instruments DSP SW development will be a plus.
