Description:
Lead a SCRUM development team of 6-10 members.
Responsibilities:
Lead a SCRUM team of development and QA engineers to deliver high quality outcomes.
Own and deliver specific areas of the product using Agile SCRUM methodology.
Strong engineering skills are mandatory.
Requirements analysis, sprint planning, tracking and reporting, hands on involvement in development activities.
Skills:
Use development lead profile for skill details.
Must have strong hands on development skills and leadership skills.
Ability to understand complex domain, understand, refine and communicate requirements is required.
SaaS platform/application development experience.
Agile development experience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong experience in the following technology areas: Java, JavaScript, XML, XQuery, JASON.
Working experience with analytical or decisions support systems is desired.
7-10 years of experience.
