Job Description:
Job summary:
The objective of this position is to assure top brand awareness of the company and its premium brands in target market segments. To achieve this target, he / she should initiatively utilize all marketing tools through but not limited by below key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Plan Brand Marketing Strategy
1. Produce and update an annual branding plan that is aligned to the marketing strategy and ensure it is delivered on time in full
2. Develop, manage and direct brand research programs to gauge branding awareness in China.
3. Monitor market trends, formulate practical plans, including but not limited by promotional activities, competition movement and report significant business activity on a monthly basis, in required format
Budget Control
1. Annual/monthly branding budget plan and control
2. Work out AMP planning and control spending of responsible activities to be within agreed AMP budget
Image Management
1. Build image library to support all marketing activities
2. Act as center coordinator of all branding marketing activities externally and internally to maintain their leading brand image
3. To continue and work on improving standardized modular showrooms according to our brand guideline to ensure national showroom design are standardized.
PR & Media Relations
1. Directs the efforts of the PR agency and marketing department to ensure the success of the media conferences for new product launches
2. Work on specific announcements projects involving media relations and press conference.
3. Liase with media to build clear and consistent communication message to the media to improve the image of SATA.
4. Ensure PR China brands education through a marketing and branded approach
Marketing Programs
1. To provide strategic foundation and creative direction to brand teams/agencies to ensure innovation and efficiency in the accomplishment of all marketing program objectives(School sponsor)
2. Closely collaborate with channel marketing and sales team to develop and implement strategic Marcom (PR, advertisement, events, promotion) plan.
3. Address the business need by creating and constantly reviewing rich marketing communication tools.
4. Review and edit existing promotional materials including website management ensuring marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines
5. Initiate training programs especially on the consumer side and support channel marketing on specific marketing activities implementation
Support on End-user sales team
1. Develop sales tools, brochure and collateral
2. Work with sales team on end-user visit management system
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Degree with business / marketing related major;
2. At least 6 years+ marketing experience with proven focus in branding & event marketing;
3. Extensive MNC working experience;
4. Able to work efficiently, effectively and independently under pressure with good attitude;
5. Proficient in both oral and written English?
6. High level communication skill;
7. Result-driven, Strategic and analytical thinking, innovative & self-motivated;
8. Work independently yet in a team, able and willing to work under pressure.
