Job Description:
Location: Shanghai Jinqiao
1.Adapt BP template into a suitable version for territories.
2.Provide input on launch/relaunch decision with strong market support.
3.New product/package launch /re-launch /seasonal launch execution.
4.Chivalry product/package/flavor innovation.
5.New product health track and find solution for any issue.
6.Channel resource leverage to extend new product penetration.
7.Volume driven intitiatives for short term issue recover.
8.New product team build up and team member capability build up.
9.Peak season thematic activation support on tea/juice category.
10.Water NPL support.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above.
2.At least 5 year relevant FMCG working experience with minimum 1 year manager-level experience.
3.Good at communication, coordination, negotiation, leadership and willing to work under pressure.
4.Good command of computer skills and proficient in both spoken and written English (CET6/TEM8).
