Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for all aspects of sales for the given area/region and achieve sales targets as agreed with the company.
2. Develop and manage an effective distributor network in the relevant area/region.
3. To lead and manage sales team to expand market share through direct sales and to improve margin contribution.
4. Key Areas of Responsibility
5. Achieving the given sales targets through aggressive selling.
6. Offer market information and feedbacks, develop new commercial opportunities.
7. New business and market segment development, drive key marketing projects to explore growth potential in new customers, applications or industries.
8. Close communication with regional and global business and technical team.
9. To closely interact with the Product and Specification team by focusing on potential areas for particular products towards maximizing sales and profitability.
10. To develop good and effective contacts with consultants for furthering company’s business interests. To establish and maintain good relationship with applicators to gain higher sales.
11. Co-ordinate between the Sales and Customer Services Teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Prepare and contribute to the company’s sales plan by reviewing performance and examining potential growth, both in terms of the construction industry in the relevant area/region

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years relevant work experience.
2. Excellent skills of selling, leading and communication.
3. A sound knowledge of Chinese market of chemical supplementary materials.
4. Integrity, hard work, result oriented and good team player.
5. Excellent negotiate and communication skill, worked independent and analytic spirit.
6. Basic command of spoken Cantonese and English
