Job Description:
Report To:Sales Operation Director
Location:Shanghai Jinqiao
1.Cascade corporation strategy into profitable local business, and develop proposals. Have the capability to conceptualise the plan and lead the SC¡¯s to success. Deliver required top and bottom line.
Business Planning (15%)
1.Achieve sales/profit targets, review sales managers¡¯ performance, compare actual results with targets and conduct analysis.
2.Initiating sales strategies in a timely manner to cope with market opportunities and trends.
Business Management (50%)
1.Implementation of all channel plans, achieve “look of success”.
2.Monitor and follow up sales status of all Sales Managers.
3.Sales Planning & Sales Trend by Brand/Pack Analysis –Establish annual, monthly and weekly sales and distribution targets and assign targets to sales managers accordingly.
4.Financial Management–Comply with company’s finance policy, control credit limit, and manage AR, and net revenue, and know the margins.
General Management (10%)
1.Relationships with local government, key W/S, key customer and key competitors.
2.Communication–Conduct upwards, downward and across-the-board communication with regard to sales and marketing issues.
3.Sales Basics Management–1¡¢Business Development 2¡¢POP 3¡¢Route Management 4¡¢Outlet Activation 5¡¢Promotion 6¡¢Coolers 7¡¢DME 8¡¢Customer Information 9¡¢Merchandising
Talent Acquisition and Development (15%)
1.Recruit the right person for the right job at the right time in an efficient and cost-effective way.
2.Coaching and Motivation–Sales center visit by week, coach and motivate subordinates and review job performance. Route ride once per week measuring people against performance standards and coach them to correct shortfalls.
3.People development — ensure all training recommendations are presented and all the programs are attended.
Customer Service (10%)
1.Conduct regular account visit and route visit, collect and analyze market and competitors’ information, and report to Sales GM when necessary.
2.Develop and utilize ABP at the RSM level updating the Business Plan monthly and presented to the SOD monthly.
3.Use KPI that are developed by using the business drivers and ensure that the results are tracked;score boarded, summarized, and used to improve the business.
4.Sales and Marketing Director evaluates the Area Sales Director’s reports for its timelines and accuracy, and that all policies are being followed.
5.Track and Reduce employee turn over via HR report.
6.Present Sales and Marketing Director Work one on one report on all direct reports, they include customer visits.

8.Establish Strategic Direction/ interpretation of overall corporation strategy.

Job Requirements:
1.At least 10-year relevant FMCG GT&MT managerial experience with minimum 7-year senior manager-level experience
2.Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
3.Optimistic,open-minded,mature,result-driven and willing to work under pressure.
4.Experienced in marketing preferred
